Admission Requirement

Bachelor's degrees

All applicants must meet the following admission requirements:

  1. Submit an official high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited, state-licensed, or government-recognized institution. 
  2. Please present a valid government-issued photo ID. If applying with an Associate’s degree, applicants must submit official transcripts from an accredited or licensed institution.

  3. A certified translation of a foreign degree is required and it must be equivalent to an Associate’s degree in the U.S.
  4. Any document that is not in English must be accompanied by a translated and certified copy.

For programs offered in English, Language Proficiency Assessment:

Official results are required from one of the following tests:

  • Internet-based TOEFL score of 71 or higher.
  • IELTS score of 6.0 or higher.
  • Duolingo score of 100 or more.
  • PTE Academic score of 50 or more.

The English language proficiency requirement may be waived if you meet one of the following:

  • Having passed English Composition 101 or 102 courses at a U.S. institution.
  • Having completed a high school program in the USA or Canada (except Quebec).
  • Having obtained a Level 1B qualification in English in the IB (minimum score of 4).
  • Having obtained an AP English Literature grade (minimum score of 3).
  • ELS Language Centre Level 112 Certificate.
  • OHLA Advanced Level 2.

For English-speaking students who wish to study programs offered in Spanish:

To assess the language skills of new or transfer students who cannot provide evidence of university-level language proficiency, the student may be required to take an institutional language assessment.

The Spanish language proficiency requirement may be waived if you meet one of the following:

  • Having passed Spanish composition courses at a U.S. institution.
  • Having completed a high school program in Spanish.
  • Having obtained a score of 3 or higher on the Advanced Placement (AP) Spanish Composition Test.
  • Have an associate degree from an accredited Spanish-speaking university or college.

Master's degrees

All applicants must meet the following admission requirements:

  1. Submit official documentation with an updated photograph according to your country (INE, Passport).
  2. Proof of having successfully completed the previous degree, including a certificate of grades (If the degree is not available, proof that it is being processed).

For programs offered in English, Language Proficiency Assessment:
