Program Objectives
Graduates of the Master of Science in Educational Sciences will be able to:
- Develop the ability to implement educational innovation projects, applying new information and communication technologies to design and develop content for teaching and learning processes.
- Support the continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes at different levels and educational stages to respond to the new educational challenges posed by society and the globalized world.
- Train students in the theory and practice of innovative and effective curriculum design and teaching strategies.
- Promote critical reflection on the role of innovation in education and how it can be applied in various educational contexts.
- Provide students with an in-depth understanding of the tools and technologies available for online education.
- Develop skills in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs online.

Program Description
The Master of Science in Educational Sciences is a postgraduate program designed to prepare education professionals to lead and manage educational institutions and programs in an increasingly complex and changing educational environment. Students will acquire knowledge and skills in the management and leadership of education, the design and evaluation of study plans, the application of information technologies applied in education and the implementation of learning evaluation strategies.
The program explores curriculum, instruction, and assessment issues within educational organizations. Courses in the program also address diversity issues and provide students with a global perspective on education.
This graduate program combines theory, practice, and research to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to lead and improve educational institutions, both traditional and online, and prepare students to meet the changing challenges of the educational field.
